This evening we were blessed to have our good friends Trevor & Carey Hendricks, their little boys Jake (2) & Cale (10 mo), and Carey's mom all over for supper! Trevor and Carey are moving here from Manitoba in March and just purchased a home in the more-than-crazy Comox market. We are super excited for them to be coming back to the valley, and the boys had a great time getting to know each other. I know Nicholas will enjoy having a few new buddies to play with! Maybe they'll teach him how to crawl!?

Uncle Eugene had told me that your friends from Portage La Prairie were out in Comox/Courtney looking for a house. Bet they found house prices high compared to Manitoba. Don't worry about Nic not crawling. You know Jeff never did crawl. For a short time he rolled wherever he wanted to get to. After that he started pulling himself up at furniture and started walking at just past 11 months. Nic does look happy with his new buddies.
What fun you are all going to have with your friends moving to Comox. You can tell that Nicholas approves! Love those smiles - he is adorable! Hope to meet him this summer if you get out for Laurel's wedding. Please give Nicholas hugs & kisses for us! XOXOXO
