Happy Father's Day to the man who was lucky enough to father my child...haha! But seriously, Nicholas is so lucky to have such a caring, attentive, patient and funloving father. Yan has been the perfect daddy and he deserved a day of honor this year for all the messes he's cleaned up, the bottles he's filled, and the nights he's gotten up to soothe his son without complaint. We love you Daddy!
Happy Belated Father's Day to the rest of you fathers out there. We had a visit from my mom and dad from Alberta this weekend! Every year for Father's Day they used to come to see me...now they come to see Nicholas. He put on quite the show, strutting his stuff as he showed off his new walking skills. No more 1 or 2 steps...it's full steam ahead now.
We had a fun afternoon at Airforce Beach on Saturday. Nicholas enjoyed playing in the water and covering us all with sand with his shovel.
Sunday we went to the Kingfisher Resort for brunch (as usual). We have been going every year for 7 years, so it was nice to see that they changed their menu a little this year. Always as good as ever. Here are some pics of grandpa with his grandson.

You guys look like you ALL had a wonderful weekend. The visits with the grandparents just get more exciting as the grandchildren get older I am finding!!! Now your mom and dad will be counting down till Aug!
You ever smiling Nicholas always puts a smile on my face!! Your mom called this evening and claims their visit with you3 was WAY TOO SHORT. They sure did enjoy their time however. Love the pics of Granpa Murray and his grandson.
Sorry if we gave you the impression we didn't some to see you too!!! You are still our #1 daughter and son-in-law, but yes, Nicholas was a charmer! Love ALL you guys and thanks for a great wknd.
Love the family pictures but Murray and his grandson take the cake - from the pictures there is EVERY indication that he loves being with Nicholas!!! Such a wonderful family tradition for Father's Day!
